Payment Terms

    1.      PAYMENT METHODS: We accept payment by COD, Credit Card, Debit Card, and Bank Transfer. We also offer payment plans for select products, subject to credit approval.
2.      PAYMENT PROCESSING: Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. We do not store any payment information on our servers.

    3.      PAYMENT TIMING: Payment is due in full at the time of purchase, unless a payment plan has been arranged.

   4.   LATE PAYMENTS: If payment is not received within the agreed-upon timeframe, we reserve the rights to charge interest on the outstanding balance or take legal action to collect the Debt.

   5.      SALES TAX: All sales are subject to applicable sales tax, which will be added to the total purchase price at checkout.

   6.      CURRENCY: All transactions are processed in the local currency (AED).

   7.      PAYMENT CONFIRMATION: Once payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase.

   8.      REFUNDS: If a refund is due, it will be processed to the original form of payment. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account.

  10.  PAYMENT PLAN TERMS: Payment plans may be available for selected products, subject to credit approval. The Terms of the Payment Plan will be outlined in the agreement, including the Down Payment, Monthly Payments, and the total cost of the product including Interest and Fees. Failure to make payments on time may result in additional Fees and Charges or Default of the payment plan.
